Paola Steinberg, 37, of Greenwich, was arrested around 6:30 p.m. Monday after she grabbed another person by the neck and pushed them on North Street, Greenwich police said.
She was charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
Bail was set at $1,000, which she could not make.
